Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and TrueKeep through this website. By accessing the store, creating an account, or purchasing an ebook, you agree to these terms and the Digital Product Licence and Refund Policy linked from them. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing; it is not a blanket consent to uses of personal data. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. TrueKeep currently sells to consumers for personal use, not for resale or business redistribution. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use are lawful where you live.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and use an account you are authorised to control.
- You are responsible for protecting access to your Google account or email inbox and TrueKeep library.
- You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
- You may not transfer, sell, share, or create accounts to evade restrictions.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, payment disputes, unlawful activity, or material violations of these terms.
Products and Descriptions
We sell downloadable ebooks and related written digital publications. The product page states the title, format, price, description, and other material details available before purchase. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate. Minor formatting, cover, or metadata changes that do not materially reduce the purchased content may occur.
A digital edition may be delivered as a PDF or as a ZIP archive containing the PDF and companion resources. A ZIP archive must be extracted to access its contents.
Prices, Taxes and Payment
The checkout displays the final price, currency, applicable taxes, and available payment method before you confirm a purchase. Payment and transaction services are provided through Dodo Payments as merchant of record and authorised reseller. For these transactions, Dodo Payments sells the product to you and TrueKeep supplies the content and personal licence. The Dodo Payments Buyer Terms and the privacy information shown at checkout also apply to the transaction. These terms do not override Dodo Payments’ obligations or your mandatory consumer rights. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions or recurring charges. We do not store complete payment-card details.
An order is accepted only after successful payment confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or inability to deliver the product.
Digital Delivery
Delivery begins after payment is confirmed. The purchased edition will normally appear in My Library shortly after confirmation and may also be made available through the payment provider. Sign in with the account used to start the purchase. You need an internet connection to access the library and download files, a PDF reader for PDFs, and an archive tool for ZIP files. Downloaded PDFs can be read offline. No physical book is shipped. Contact support if access fails or delivery is unreasonably delayed; the Refund Policy explains available remedies.
Digital access may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, a security response, or a provider outage. We will take reasonable steps to restore access but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual Property and Digital Product Licence
A purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership. It grants the limited personal licence described in the Digital Product Licence. The store, ebooks, branding, covers, text, and associated materials are owned by or properly licensed to TrueKeep and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Copyright Policy
If you believe content on TrueKeep infringes your copyright, contact support@truekeep.store. Identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing content and its location, your contact details, and the basis for your claim. We will review the notice and take appropriate action under applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You must not:
- share, resell, redistribute, upload, or publicly make available an ebook;
- circumvent access controls or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, files, or systems;
- use the store for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or infringement;
- interfere with service operation, security, or other users; or
- use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract substantial store or ebook content.
Refunds
Digital purchases are normally non-refundable after delivery. Exceptions and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund, remedy, guarantee, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Links to Other Websites and Third-Party Services
Authentication, hosting, payment, and infrastructure services are supplied by third parties. Their own terms and policies may govern your direct interaction with them. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
“As Is” and “As Available” Disclaimer
Ebooks are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. General educational content does not replace qualified professional advice. Do not use it to diagnose or treat a condition or as a promise of investment returns. You remain responsible for decisions made using the content.
To the extent permitted by law, the store and digital products are provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee a particular personal, professional, creative, or financial outcome.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Your mandatory digital-content and consumer remedies remain available. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, TrueKeep is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or events outside reasonable control. This does not exclude liability for our own negligence where that liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to these exceptions, aggregate liability relating to a purchased edition will not exceed the amount paid for that edition.
Termination
You may stop using the store at any time. We may restrict or terminate access after a material breach, fraud, unlawful use, payment reversal, or security risk. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Clauses concerning ownership, licences, liability, disputes, and records survive where their nature requires it.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms for legal, security, operational, or service changes. Updated terms apply from the stated effective date. Changes will not retroactively remove a licence already granted for a valid purchase unless required by law or necessary to address fraud or infringement.
Governing Law and Disputes Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any forum you are legally entitled to use, courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter in good faith.
